Together with our sister company VYNCKE, PetroBio has delivered a complete solution for the combustion of wood powder to IKEA in Zbaszynek, Poland. The facility uses by-products from IKEA’s own production as its primary fuel—a clear step towards a more circular economy where waste becomes a valuable resource.

PetroBio’s delivery included:

  • PPP50 burner for wood powder as the main fuel and oil as backup fuel
  • Equipment for dosing wood powder
  • Oil pump unit
  • Blower
  • Air fans

With this solution, IKEA reduces its dependence on fossil fuels while sustainably utilizing its own production waste. This is yet another example of how, together with VYNCKE, we help the industry transition to renewable energy sources.
